Quotes are based on the information and photos provided at the time of review. Final pricing may change if additional damage, finish requirements, or structural issues are discovered during inspection.
Appointments are scheduled based on service-area availability, travel routing, and the scope of the requested work.
On-Site Service Limitations
Wheel Exclusive is a mobile service and completes work at homes, offices, parking facilities, or other approved locations when conditions are suitable. Some repairs may require rescheduling or alternate arrangements if weather, safety, access, or workspace conditions are not appropriate.
Damage Assessment
Some services depend on the condition of the wheel. Wheels with severe structural damage, unsafe prior repairs, or non-repairable cracks may not qualify for service. Safety and repair feasibility are determined at Wheel Exclusive’s discretion.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time of booking. If an appointment must be changed, customers should provide advance notice whenever possible so scheduling can be adjusted.
