Frequently asked wheel repair questions

Can you fix curb rash and repaint the wheel?

Yes. Curb rash repair and refinishing are often done together when the wheel has scraped edges, surface damage, and a finish that needs to be restored at the same time.

Do you offer factory-style and custom finishes?

Yes. Wheel Exclusive supports both OEM-style restoration and custom finish work depending on whether you want the wheel to blend back in or stand out more.

What should I send for a quote?

Send clear wheel photos, your vehicle year and model, the type of damage you are seeing, your city, and the finish you want after repair. That makes the quote process faster and more accurate.

Can bent wheels also be refinished?

Yes. Bent wheels can often be straightened first and then refinished afterward if the surface also has visible damage. If the wheel has a two-tone machined face, CNC diamond cut refinishing may be recommended after the repair.

What area do you serve?

Wheel Exclusive serves drivers across Northern Virginia, nearby Maryland, and the broader DMV area, with common service in Reston, McLean, Vienna, Great Falls, Potomac, and Ashburn.

Which finish is best if I want the wheel to look original again?

OEM silver is usually the strongest choice when you want the wheel to look factory-style again and blend naturally with the rest of the set.

Which finish is best if I want the car to look more aggressive?

Gloss black is usually the fastest route to a sharper, more aggressive look. Bronze is also popular when you want a custom finish with more warmth and personality.

Do you offer service outside the core area?

Yes, service outside the highlighted core area may still be available for an additional fee. The easiest way to confirm is to send your city with your wheel photos.

Should I call or text for wheel repair?

Text is great when you already have photos ready. Calling is better when you want to talk through the damage, service area, timing, or finish options right away.
